So, I'm not too far into the game but I met up with ashley again who was my romance option on ME1.  She gave me a nice hug and told me she loved me blah blah blah ...So in this first run I wanted to stay faithful and I hope to carry this over to ME3.  For people that are in the same boat, did you guys just choose the 'paragon' upper bracket choices or the neutral or what.  I realy want it so that I 'stay' with ashley this run.  I know we won't know the consequences till ME3 comes out but I want to eliminate any chances.

Well, since we have alot of time till ME3, it's totally possible [and encouarged] to do all of the above. Have a main playthrough where you stay loyal. Have a playthrough where you romance a new person. Etc. Just more cool stuff to see!

Yeah, the game picks all renegade options if you start a new file.



I'd suggest just doing a run on ME1 with no romance.

Cypher - I had that issue but then I just d/led one of the save games offered up at the Faces Database and have been using that. I don't mind since there's quite a few options there and you can pick a save that mirrors what you'd have done. So now I have a 60 femshep to import from. Wish you could change the name, but oh well!

If you're on PC you can use www.masseffectsaves.com

Grab a save that suits your needs and just redesigned the character how you want it.

I really hope Anderson does not send Ashley on a suicide mission to spite me for being mad at him for being a dick to me the entire game.....



In my game, He is the first Human Councilor. I decided to put him on the Council because I figured that if we were going to beat the Reapers, We would need someone with War Experience. Hackett would have been so much better of a choice though.

The picture in your cabin probably reflects the 'romance' status. As long as it's on, it's on (that's what she said.)



The real 'end' of that romance is when the photo is 'adjusted.'

well, I have two players that I imported over, so my lower level i'm romancing a ME2 Char and my level 59...yes I was like 8k exp away from 60...w/e...is staying faithful. I really hope it works out with ash, cause I want to see what happens in ME3.

Cypher if you are playing on a PC check out www.masseffectsaves.com I'd lost my original ME1 playthrough due to having to wipe my harddrive and found one that was very close to what I wanted. The only thing you can't change is the name.
