Alright, I'm doing all the loyalty quests and I wanna do jack's. From what she said she wants to bomb a factory? How much renegade points will I get and will it make miranda not like me (love interest)? Thanks

It's not a factory, it's a Cerberus facility where children were tortured and experimented upon. You won't get any renegade points for blowing it up, unless you choose a certain renegade option at the end of the mission.
