I have played thru The Professor and Archangel twice. The Prima Walkthrough says Ish is supposed to be outside the Apartment entrance on Omega after I complete The Professor and Archangel with a Special Assignment which invloves Illium. I believe this is the only way I can get to Illium as the Cresent Nebula with the Tasale cluster which contains Illium is not onl my Galaxy Map. It appears the Illium is the only system where I can buy galaxy star charts too. Any help would be very appreciated.
Ish doesn't show up on Omega

Ish appeared for me when I returned to Omega for Samara's loyalty mission. I'm still on my first playthrough.

I dealt with Ish but the mission still remains active on my mission log saying talk with Ish....he's no longer there.
