If i start a new game + and i imported my guy from ME 1 can i change my ME1 charachter but still get the bounus from ME2 new game plus or you cant do that at all? if some one could clear this up thanks

While I got a Paragon bonus from my ME1 import, my ME2 import started out completely neutral (lacking in all the oters bonuses too). All I wnted from NG+ was my level, my alignment, and my bonuses.
I think they tacked on NG+, and it shows. It doesn't really add anything. Better to do the ME1 import everytime, at least to me.
