How come no achieve lvlv20 for drarfs

As far as I know, its class specific, not race. I have achievements for getting a level 20 warrior and for a level 20 rogue, not for having two level 20 elves.

^Bingo. Achievements are for classes. So if you reach level 20 as a Dwarf Warrior, you'll get the achievement for Warrior, not Dwarf.
