About a week ago i lost my ability to go on networks so i had to go down to the computer store, and when i finished rebooting and wiping my computer i lost everything, but thats not the point because i had a couple of Downloads pending and forgive me if im mistaken but shouldn't a past history of your downloads be kept on here and now i can't find them or the voucher with my downloads on it, can someone please help

You can see the content that has been successfully associated with your account, whether through code redeemption or purchase, at http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php.  If its on that page its yours, and should be automatically downloaded when you login into the game.

i have a similar problem, just bought a new pc and installed dragon age. on the entitlemens page stands i have (Blood dragons armor, the stone prisoner and wardens keep) the problem is i cant download them on the entitlements page and they dont install automaticly in game. i payed for it and i want it

Djboobi, please see the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ for help getting the automatic downloading working, and if all else fails there are instructions for manually downloading and installing in there too.
