I just wish Bioware would respond in some way, so I know they atleast look into this. I feel like they're just relaxing, enjoying the good scores the games are getting
I know, the only issue they really seem to care about are the DLC issues. They stickied a couple other issues but they haven even looked at the blackscreen issue as far as I can tell.

I have doubts that the issue is on my end. I play lots of games, no issues. I just finished DA (for the 4th time) and never had issues. I'm using the most current driver for the Geforce, I've even turned down graphic settings in the game (which I shouldn't have to do).
Do a google search on ME2 crashes, and you would be surprised at the number of discussons on numerous boards. People with ATI, Nvidia, dual core, quad core, etc. It doesn't seem to be related to a particular group.
It may not be effecting the majority of the users, but there is a problem for many of us. Hopefully there is a coding issue...which means it can be corrected with a patch.

I'm running on Win 7 64 bit
EDIT: In response to Dannyboyslim, yeah true, what I'd like to know though is that Bioware is ontop of it, that they are aware on the problem, if it takes some time, fine, but I'd like to know it is atleast in motion, I hate not knowing if im waiting for help, but not knowing if it's coming or not.
Paying full price for a game you cant play kind of blows
yep, that's what I thought. Vista 64-bit, Win 7 and Win 7 64-bit are not exactly game-friendly operating systems.

May I ask what information you are basing the fact that Windows 7 is not gaming freindly off of?
It is in my opinion just as gaming freindly as XP is.

I love the Terminus Assault Armor but I keep geting killed too easily with it on and you can't customise, I also love the M-490 Blackstorm Projector (a.k.a. the blackhole gun) but you can't upgrade it, the ammo limit for it is too low, the amount of time for it to charge up and fire takes too long and you can't fire it while your running, and worest of all I've been experinceung some rare momets of freezing on the battle field and on the star maps as well the one problem that causes the game to crash and it happens in this abandoned space station called Jarrahe Station, I'm 18hs.36ms. in to the game, in the Reflactive Armor Prototype Reasearch lab/room ajusting four sets of Reflactive Armor Prototype plateings to redirect the laser-beam in the room but everytime I do that when the game crashes and returns me to my desktop, the error report said it acurres in the the Mass Effect 2.exe and it also said something about error 0x800400b3.
If you don't know any thing about this, then can you tell me were to go to submit this info to so someone can make a patch to fix part/parts of this problem/problems.

Win 7 works fine on all my other games though NorseDude o.o Besides, people with XP and Vista are having issues with this too
Exactly, hard to believe it's the OS at fault... (I'm running Win7 64-bit and have had only one issue with key bindings so far in ME2).

Also the path finding of your team mates should be improved. It happened more than one time that my team mates got stuck at some stairs or doors and I was half a mile ahead of them.
And last but not least I can't understand why Bioware 1.) didn't add the "quick buttons" ( "J" and "O" ) to get fast access to the codex and mission assignments like in ME1 and 2.) didn't include the option to have a permanent radar map which shows you enemies positions and mission goals. I hate it to have to push "M" or "left shift" to get just a short view of the radar map. I want a permanent radar map.
So, please Bioware:
- fix graphical glitches
- fix clipping bugs
- fix team members' path finding
- add quick access buttons for codex and mission assignments
- give us back the option to have a permant map showing enemies and goals

2. The other problem for me is that when you change keys in key binding, the tutorial keep asking you to press the wrong button. It's just annoying.
3. I'd like to see a way to your login information for Cerebus network so you don't have to manually login everytime you play. Sometime it doesn't connect (like on launch day), and you're not given a "cancel" button - instead you just wasted about 10 minutes trying to login.
These are really dumb interface problems - things that would've been caught easily if they'd actually playtested it (seems silly that no one thought about changing the keybinding to see if it all works out in the tutorial and instructions).

EA? Nice try, man.
I found it. 650-628-1500 If your having major problems like the black screen of death that Bioware seems to refuse to acknowledgem give them a ring.

1. I'd like to see them fix the audio problem, it seems that the background music overwhelms the dialogue (you can't hear what's being said), I had to turn down music to 10%, but sometime the audio cuts out. I suspect this has to do with my 5.1 sound system and I'm listening using headphones (it seems to work fine without headphones).

1. Never got it.
2. Get used to how it is.
3. Extra -> Option -> Online

I'm sorry to say thats the number to their HQ in California. I think it would cost you an arm and a leg to call them from Norway.
