Funny i read it today somewhere else.
You thread your customers like dirt, so i wont be a honest customer anymore and not pay a single bug anymore for your products not yet released. Guess what it means. Great way to make the honest customers to pirates.
Btw. all the Bugs, promesses etc... if the support of DA.Origins & ME2 already stinks like the butt of a cow, how are u gonna support an epic big mmorpg (SWToR?)
I'm out of here and will no more recommend any games from BW/EA. Bye!

After an exchange of PMs today, Jesse Houston told me that he's going to make sure that we get a response asap and that he has already asked Chris to do exactly that. I guess we can expect something soon.

Nah, they want an ENGLISH language pack for the German ME2. Not a german language pack - maybe you meant the right thing.
Btw the PC version has both: english and german language. I hope it will be the same with ME3 for PC.

There is a demand for the original (english) version in europe, quite a lot of us prefer it that way. Nothing to complain here, for me, the latest PC releases were all multilingual, please, keep it that way. But I feel sorry for the 360 gamers :\\

Nice to see, how serious you take your Community... you didn't even bother to read what this is all about, didn't you?

Nice, we (your CUSTOMERS...) are waiting for an official statement in this matter for two months (or even longer, I didn't count the days) and the only thing we get is one (sorry, two) sentences. I think you mean the English pack... sorry, but I have never felt so ignored before as a CUSTOMER. Have you seen the German Thread? Maybe some colleague can translate it for you if you are interested in your CUSTOMERS. Here it is:
http://social.biowar...1/index/795197/
As a result I will sell all my EA games and for the future I will never buy anything from this company.
Think about this: From where does Bioware/EA get its financing? Need a hint?
Greetings from a dissatisfied CUSTOMER

Don't get me wrong, but there are trailers for a reason. You could have gotten an impression of the German version one month before release or so. Time enough to cancel your German Xbox 360 version and order an import. And no news always are bad news - gaming history should have taught you that.
But hey, it's easier to be angry and arrogant with the creator.
(I usually pre-order two versions for huge games, an import and a local version - one can always be canceled in case of bad news - or no news.)

All of us new what we had to expect when we bought the german version. But we were TOLD by a MOD of the german forum that there would be an English language pack for all xbox 360 users after the release. Who would have thought that officials of BioWare/EA would lie to us?

Hey, Mr. Brains,
If you're so clever, why don't you use your brain for reading previous posts.
Then you would have found out that the Moderator announced DLC for the english dubs.
And the people complaining here, bought the German because of this announcement and are now arguing because it won't be released.
If you want to look clever, then be it and not just pretend it next time.

Two month for nothing more than this **** post and this ****ing smily (can't be serious). They laughing about us. We are their running gag. Unbelievable.
And this german mod is still writing news with BIG NEW AMAZING THINGS which maybe won't become true. It must be a nice job @ EA if you let your people work this way.
Shame on you BioWare. Just shame on you.

This utter silence was a realy bad way of treating your customers. And when the awnser finaly came it was just a "No" with no explanation. What is the reasoning behind NOT release the english sound files? Dunno if the blame should be put on Bioware or EA, but that doesn't realy matter in the end.

Unfortunately all US-versions of Xbox 360 EA games are regionally locked, and won't run on a German Xbox 360.
BioWare is not interested in its customers in Europe, that's the sad truth.
