I went throught and bought some upgrades but before I could buy all of them I bought each person their upgrades. Now it seems that after you buy each person's upgrade or upgrades they no longer let you buy upgrades from them. So is there a way to buy the rest after you bought everyones upgrades? I still have a lot left and can't find anyone to buy them from.
