So I preordered Dragon age Deluxe edition via steam, how do I get the items? I have the codes that steam gives me but it just says "enter these CD keys when the game asks for them"... it hasn't asked or told me were to go. Help please.

Register your game with bioware, then use the other code you should have received at the Redeem Promo Code window under the Profile tab.

Try restarting the game or refreshing after that.
