One of my favorite off-hand remarks by a party member was bringing Jack along for Miranda's loyalty mission. After Miranda threatens the merc leader, she responds with something like, "I was waiting for you to get dressed. I can't believe you actually run around and fight in that get-up." Jack chimes in with, "I like her. Are we still hiring?"

After beating the game and romancing Tali and if you saved everyone ((or at least tali)) Go down stairs and talk to her I almost fell over at the list of small livable illness she has case of your little "romp" and she ended it with " Was totally worth it"

It's all already been mentioned but the writing for Joker was just dripping with hilarious awesome. When Joker did the Legion/Robot dance, I laughed for like 30 seconds straight.

Have to say the Blasto ad was awesome, and something about EVERY STORE IN THE DAMN CITADEL being my favorite by the time i was through tickled my funny bone. People visiting multiple shops must get confused.

Personally I laugh every time I enter a Citidel store and hear "I'm Commander Sheperd and this is my favorite story on the Citidel." wouldn't people start to wonder when every store says that? lol Also the conversations with Tali and Moridan after the romance scene with Tali, funny as hell.
