I activated my Cerberus Code here, although I think it may have been one of the ones that had collectors gear code instead of Cerberus. Anyways, in my haste to get it working I downloaded Cerberus anyways off Xbox Live.

When I try to activate Cerberus it goes as far as the Agreement page, then it gives me an error saying that I am not old enough to participate.

Is this an issue with syncing my Gamertag with my Bioware profile? How do I check what my registered age on this website is? I've looked high and low, and there seems to be no way to specify my age.

I have registered my Xbox copy of ME2 with this account, so I don't understand where the conflict is.

yeah this issue has made me not turn on ME2 for 4 days, it's a good game but if i cant even play the whole game what is the point? i'd take the game back if i cared enough but i still hope it will get fixed at some point.

Hey. I was having this problem too, and I just got a working (if odd and random) work around for this from EA's support, so I figured I'd make an account to post it here, and hopefully save someone the annoyance I've been having for the last week.

Firstly, I'm well over 18 (always have been since I've had Live) and I'm pretty sure all the details I have registered with my Xbox say as much. When I tried to log in all I got was the t & c screen, then when I accepted, got the not old enough message. I did not have an EA/Bioware account connected to my gamertag before this. If this sounds like your situation, read on. If not, well, you can still give it a try.

This is the email I got from EA;

-----------------------------------------

I have checked your gamertag in our database and it appears to me that there may be some problem with your Gamertag and EA Account merging. In order to merge your Gamertag properly with your EA account, please follow the below given steps: -

1. Go the Xbox live marketplace.

2. Download Lord of the Rings : Conquest Demo

3. Start the demo and choose the “Multiplayer > Xbox Live” option

4. At the EA Login/Register screen, put in your EA account name (email address) and password*. (* I'd created this through their site, in order to submit the support request. You could probably create one through the game itself though)

5. Read and accept the Terms and service.

6. Exit the demo and start ME 2.

-----------------------------------

Yes, that actually worked. And all it cost me was 1.3gb of my monthly download and an old 48 hour live trial that I found in my Fable 2 case, as I couldn't log into the demo on my Silver account. So there you have it. Hopefully that helps someone.

If your accounts are already linked the problem could be wrong or missing date of birth in your windows live account.
