What to do if I pre-ordered and didn't receive a code?

Hi, my fiancee pre-ordered ME2 for me for my birthday. Upon receipt, I asked her where the pre-order code was -- after all, I should have it. There' s the Cerberus network code, but obviously that's not the Inferno armour code. Is this a vendor issue (without naming the vendor until I know it is their problem, they ARE one of the vendors listed for a pre-order bonus) or can I submit a scan of my receipt to BioWare/EA support and receive a code?

It's strictly the principle of the thing: I really dislike having something being reckoned as bought, and denied to me.

Step one, call the store and ask where it is (if she bought it at a brick-and-mortar), or email the website you bought it from. I had this problem too, had them give me a code over the phone, made them wait while I verified it worked.
