What if all those people on the Citadel were not just standing on the same place for hours doing nothing? What if they reacted if armed Krogan and Quarian were walking around them (pretty rare sight on the Presidium)? Those few dialogues between NPCs made the Citadel feel more alive, but there were too few of them.
Of course, it should not be the main goal of the developers to have living sandbox and the gameplay should remain focused around the storyline.

Making the world feel more alive and real or giving us players more stuff to do sounds good.

That would be awesome, I am used to RPG having a day/night cycle and you see people moving around, doing different activies, and for a game like ME series, where there seems to be shady people around every corner it would add so much immersion, I know it's a doubtful thing to implement now but if they made their worlds, living and breathing, as opposed to open world that would add so much more excitement.

I hope we get to make a Pac-Man game!
Haha yeah. With one corridor and a yes/no "morality" choice. I can see it now.

Also, Wheel of Time
Yes, I would like that!
That game would be massive!
Actually, BioWare should do the Wheel of Time MMO. I was thinking actually of more of a sandbox game, but RPG is fine. I know that Jordan didn't want the Wheel of Time to become a franchise, but I honestly feel that if BioWare made if the MMO(published under Red Eagle), it would bring back interest in the Wheel of Time series and gain more fan support so that way, I'm not stuck with fans that are older than me. BioWare's TOR MMO seems to be coming around quite nicely, though I'm worried about how the community will be like.

Yes bioware, if you don't mind. Haven't EA got the rights for that? Do it.

It's time for the Wheel of Time series to rise again.
Oh, and A Song of Ice and Fire. Then again, I'm hoping that goes to Bethesda.

I would DIE to be able to play as some sort of general during the historic battles which are constantly mentioned throughout Mass Effect, an Asari Commando, Krogan Soldier, Salarian Spy etc etc.
But I would also be insanely pleased if BioWare made a Horror/Rpg.
Seeing as how horror gaming is somewhat dead in the water these days (Dead Space was my last hope, and they have announced that the sequel will be much more action heavy, action horror to quote EA *shudders*) I think that Bioware could make an interesting horror RPG and help revive the need to be afraid in games, especially if we really cared for the Characters the way I do for those in ME.

The horror thing actually sounds like it could be cool, if any company could do it, its Bioware!

Cyanide Studios acquired exclusive rights for A Song of Ice and Fire last May. They have already begun development on games for PS3 and 360 and are supposedly collaborating with George R.R Martin on those projects.
Well, GRRM seems pretty involved in the HBO series so that would make a lot of sense. Dammit! It could of at least been a company that I'm actually familiar with. Although to be fair, we[as in us WoT fans] barely know anything about Red Eagle. It's like they just popped out of thin air.

The Sentinels is more story driven than mecha battles. If I remember correctly, the cyclone was the staple mecha in that story line. Which, would not be hard to pull off with Bioware's existing game engine. It's just armor... That also leaves a lot of room for armor upgrades, etc. The only difficult part would be trasformations from cycle to armor. But even then, Mass Effect had the rover, which was a ground-based vehicle. I still think they could pull it off well.
With Bioware's decision making system, they could have decisions made throughout the game have an effect on the events that take place in "End of the Circle".
Licensing should not be difficult to obtain either. I mean, they did get Star Wars licensing after all!
I know that Bioware does not accept idea submissions, but I think this one would be a winner!

500,000 copies from April to August. Price lowering involved. ^^
2,000,000 for Mass Effect 2 on launch day alone?
I don't know if Bioware is willing to gamble development money on a sequel. They could go by way of HALO and do side games of Mass Effect (such as focusing on side stories) and still make more money than a Jade Empire sequel. Since a lot of these involve concept art, character models etc. that you have to redevelop from scratch (yet again) - why bother doing that when you can milk the same sci-fi/fantasy cow?
The only problem is that gamers can get saturated with a lot of substandard games that fall flat from the original, which in turn damages the property and its rep. We've seen that happen time and again and I just hope Bioware doesn't succumb to the temptation of milking the cow too much.
If they're gonna do a new IP - it has to be something worthwhile and will really sell.
