I just got ME2 for the 360.  I connot save.  I've only gotten as far as just starting the 1st mission after you meet the elusive man, but Save and Map are always greyed out.  Autosave was on, but it never saved.  I turned off the game, started over, tried dying during the escape from the Cerberis med facility, hit B to close the menu that popped up, and my other 2 guys killed the rest of the enemies.  I could still give them orders via command wheel.  After that, they just sat there and I stayed dead.  What gives?  This is the buggiest game I've played in a long time on any system.
