Just download 1.02a don't have to download them all..I never do when I reinstall.  1.02a is the latest version.

are you seeing in the download screen..requires version 1.0? Because I think thats a glitch..I usually just click on the dlc on the left, that brings it up on the screen on the right..then hit the download button. Have you tried that?

For those that are still waiting try manually downloading and installing it. Back when it was not released that would allow it to show up as available for some people (a little illicit at the time), but since its released now I think it should be okay.

There are two things that might need to be downloaded:

Return to Ostagar Offer RtO's equivalent of Levi. I think this is what is supposed to automatically download to make it show up as available. Possible just downloading and installing this will make it work.

Return to Ostagar Main The actual DLC. You can't use it until its actually bought with points, but this might make it show up as available so you can actually buy it.

Right click on the links and save them to your harddrive. Then find the daupdater.exe application and open it. Drag the .dazip files onto the open application and then install them.

This worked for me, used the 2nd link and worked like a charm just finished it aswell.
so if your having issue's with the patch use this aswell

 PS3 as always gets its love weeks later than any other platform.  i wonder why people "invest" money on a console that gets left behind in the shadows when everyone should be able to enjoy the goods equally.  I do not agree on that but, who am i to complain?

Should be able to..some folks are going off their epilogue save, and doing it at level 20.  I did it with a new character. 

Supposed to be able to play downloadable premium content (dlcs) after your game is finished.  With RTO  you  just  make sure you have completed Lothering first, and its from then on that the dlc is playable.

by the by, dont forget that when you get cailins equip, and have wardens keep,
go sell it to the smith there, close the "transaction" menu and talk to him again and buy it back, it upgrades to dragon bone or what ever is equal to your level at the time.
you dont have to keep it at its found level .
