Everyone is having the same problem.  People here will tell you to try all sorts of tricks (well, patching you should do)... but the "wait a long time until it shows up" or "buy it manually and then this and that" tricks should just be ignored.  If Bioware can't figure out how to let us pay them for content, then it shouldn't be purchased until they work it out for us.

No, really, it's been utter silence on their parts. I'm bout to start taking bets. What will come out first? Awakening or RtO on PS3? I'm almost willing to put my money on choice number 1!

Well, there's quite a few other PS3 games coming out soon. Guess I'll occupy myself with those for now.

Ive got my own issues.My content is there(stone prisoner and blood armor).But my points balance does not show in game.I have 340 so far.And i wont be purchasing anything until i know it works properly.

I am not sure about the whole points thing however. I have never used MSPs even when I owned a 360. I rather like how playstation does it, where it shows  cash balance, instead of points. I just wish there were five and ten dollar cards....

What can I say? One of the best scenes in video games! Now, if it is finished asking overly obvious questions, let's go find some humans to toss off a cliff or something...

Ok, I need to stop. Gotta have a little entertainment while they're taking forever to release RtO, though! Guess I'll check back later and see if there's any new news.

Sony seems to be avoiding the subject completely as well.  No responses from them in any of their forums, blogs, or email contacts.   I am starting to rethink my gaming platform.

I've done my best to not be angry about this but... This I feel is a bit unprofessional. Bioware should release a sliver of information as to why the Playstation 3 has not been able to get the RtO pack. People have or are ready and willing to spend their hard earned cash on your product. If you came to my restaurant and complained about your meal not being cooked right and a manager didn't come out to your table to see why or give information as to why we didn't come through for you, you would be pissed and probably call the corporate office and get yourself a gift card or something. I as the manager of that establishment would do everything in my power to keep your faith in my establishment because you are indeed choosing my place to dine at out of millions of places you could go to. Same situation here, I can purchase games from any company out there, but I chose Bioware, that should make you feel special. Don't lose my faith in your company guys. I love your games, I am appreciative of the hard work your people put into designing and developing these games, however as the consumer all I want is to be kept informed. I can understand lateness, I refuse to understand being kept in the dark...

Been waiting patiently for a while now and I still do not see DLC Return to Ostagar.  The game works, its version 1.2 and I have points that show.   This is annoying since I would really like to play RtO and would like to know why this DLC is not showing for the PC.

Bought my points for this a few weeks ago for the PC but as with others still not showing, all I really want is some information (ok all I really want is to download RtO but I will take what I can get).

This afternoon I phone EA (1-650-628-1905) about the issues of lost or deleted points, in game DLC and RTO unavailability to download properly without freezing at the end.....They check all my downloads + 2 -$20. off coupons that I can use at EA store on the WEB bcos they could not find my 1100 points nowhere.If anybody can put up with 45 minutes waiting on the phone with the addition NOT so good music,well you can try but I donno if my problems are solve yet.I have to restart the game again bcos RTO will appear on the world map when I leave LOTHERING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Les Polar, make sure the offer part of Return to Ostagar has been successfully downloaded and installed.

Check the My Documents\\\\Bioware\\\\Dragon Age\\\\Offers directory for the dao_prc_ocp_1 directory. If it doesn't exist download and install http://na.llnet.biow...OCP_1_1.1.dazip.

If you need instructions on how to manually install follow the instructions in section 2 of this post.

No RtO on the Playstation Store's weekly update. I swear I've never seen a company that made it this hard to give money to.

In honesty I don't know how but I just down loaded it. Went through and had a look on some of the configeration utilities from the start menu (the very start of the game where you hit play to start) and it worked,the only thing I did was clear the download cachet in the repair section and went back to the game and it was there i'm not sure if I just got lucky or what but i'm just about to give it a go. Also running XP. By the way not computer literate probably just got lucky so don't do aything without double checking don't want people to delete anything by accident.

We've paid for the bioware points,but RtO doesn't appear under Available Content. We've tried rebooting the computer, but still nothing. What's the problem?

Yup, I'm suffering from the same problem on the pc, I have all other dlc installed, but Rto does not show as being available.



Any news on why this is a problem?

Now that is strange, within 30 mins of posting, the dlc has now appeared in my list !!!

I dont get it, either. I'm willing to spend the $5 as soon as it's released. Dont have a problem with that but they're acting as if they dont want the money it seems! We know DLCs are possible for this game on PS3 since we have Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner. But, I guess we dont know how long it took for the certification either.



I'd like to at least hear something about what's going on and the reason for the long delay. It's been a week since it came out for PC/360 and we hadnt heard anything. Whenever I do business with someone, I always give them heads ups and updates periodically to let them know what's going on and they appreciate it. No one likes being left in the dark especially not paying customers. Surely, someone somewhere knows what's happening with RtO. Even if they're going say it's never coming out or it's going to come out next week or next month, just let us know or give us an ETA or something.
