Hey hot shot i notice the date is as of 2008 like I said as more people find problems with there xbox 360s they are switching over now that PS3 is 300 dollars instead of 600 when you made your statement you said avid gamers check this bos avid gamers would pay the additional cost of having the best gaming platform cheap hobby guys go for whats cost effective.  I notice you didnt approach the topic of when a game is marketed on both platforms the reviews for it on Xbox are way lower than PS3 this game being a huge example of Xboxes short comings.  In conclusion Xbox=Cheap and easy to work with PS3 =A higher standard in the gaming community I speak from both sets as I had 2 Xboxes before both crapped out on me with the Circle of death.

You know what if the xbox 360 is so great then why did they have a lawsuite against them that they lost because their system is so crappy that they kept getting the red ring of death. Last time I checked the PS3 hasn't had that problem.

I honestly can't see why they can't pop in at least give you some sort of update. I play on 360, but i'm not trolling, I genuinely feel as gamers you've been really stitched up here. If the shoe was on the other foot, I'd be leading the march, I assure you.

Lets hope you get some good news Thursday (PSN Store update day?) and both you & BioWare can put this ugly debacle to bed and enjoy some Dragon Age.

well that's what andy said, their already release rto for ps3... just contact psn support for more info.. hopefully this thursday update we hope to see rto for ps3... or sony still trying to hold it off.

Umm probably didn't have his facts straight, "400 points" should have clued you in to that, as the ps store doesn't use a points system like pc and 360 versions do. Would be nice if it does release for ps3 thursday for those that still plan to purchase it.

Looks like I get to look for the PS support number. I wasn't kidding If they delay athe release of Awakening for the PS3. I will duct tape my copy of Dragon Age: Origins to a clay pidgeon. Put it on the skeet catapult. I have a twelve-guage shell literally with DA:O's name on it (Game title) . I will video tape it and post it on YouTube

I sent an email to bioware from the dragon age website, it says to expect a respose within 24 hours, a week later they emailed me back saying that they dont get release dates for dlc on the website and tha ti should check the forums. It would be nice if they would take five minutes out of their day to make a new forum for the ps3 release of RTO. Whats the point of having forums if they dont check them.

I did one of the people from bioware here if they could do that, but sadly nothing has come of it I guess they don't have any news to tell us about yet. I have kinda given up on RtO and am doing other things until Awakening comes out. Decided to get ME2 to keep me occupied till then.

Meh bio has shown how much they care for the ps3 customers...seems like favorites to me. It just happens to be out already on the pc and xbox and no sign of it ps3? Sounds a little funny to me. Either way I wont be picking up Awakening, as much as i loved DO:A. It kinda seems silly to drop money on a product from developers that cant even get their stuff straight, much less take responcibilty for their mess ups. Then to blame it all on sony, b/c they didnt get it right the first time and sony doesnt want to take chances like that? Did Sony develope the addon? If they wouldnt have messed up in the first place they wouldn't be having that problem. Lets not forget though that if it takes them a whole month and a half to put out about a hours worth of content, holy jesus can you imagine 40+ hours??? Who knows I might have a change of heart within the next two or three years its delayed.

For the first time since Christmas day Dragon Age:Origins has been removed from my PS3. I put it back in its case, and put it on the shelf. I'm sick of waiting, tired of no news. I will not be purchasing Awakenings...not only because of the debacle of RtO, but because I have no desire to continue playing this game. The lack of any type of support has soured me. I hate that I feel this way, but I do. I held out hope for a very long time, and now that hope is gone. I give up. /shoulders slump as she walks away....

I don't really mind the lack of support in all honesty, because in general console games tend not to require them. I have never in the past contacted a company about a faulty game, and DA has likewise not really been that buggy, not on my machine anyhow. If it was an online rpg like wow, then I would perhaps be more concerned, but DA was never meant to be played like that, or have the technical difficulties that such a game would inevitably flag up. I can understand how the waiting is going to be galling, but I am still stoked about getting Awakening. I just have to find something to occupy my time with in the meantime.

I find it hard to believe i still want to throw money at this company. Do they not understand people are begging to give them their money and yet they can't seem to accomodate the fanbase. The will continue to have hope for Awakenings. Has anyone else had the DLC problem i have and how do you get it fixed.

Are you sure you have no connection problem on your game ? Did you already purchase/download any game dlc from ingame ?

I'm not a PC user of this game although I should have gotten it for PC. saying that it seem PS3 version of RTO may never see the light of day.

But on your problem I think I've read that you need to make sure your game is up to date.

This is why I'm thinking about shooting my copy of DA:O. It has become more trouble then it is worth. So far I have only had to put about $7 in for Warden's Keep. Everything including the game itself was free for me. I just have to figure out way to convince my friend it rained bird-shot all over the early Christmas gift he got me.

RtO will come out when it coms out, at this point complaining is not going to make it come any faster.
