Return to Ostagar is going to be released for the Playstation 3 on the first of NEVER. I'm moving on. They screw us with Awakening and I will boycott BioWare all together.

So I take it there still is not a release date for RtO for PS3? You know I have already pre-ordered Awakening, but lack of information towards a release for a small $5 expansion has me reconsidering buying it. I mean I love DA and all, but if the PS3 version is gonna be constantly behind the curve, I am gonna consider dropping the game.

I was tired of waiting myself. I ended up buying the PC version as well. I can honestly say that I don't think I would have bought this game for this platform if it had not been for the PS3 delay.

I suppose you PS3 folks could have it worse. You could be playing on a Mac, for which there's no word on availability of RTO at all.

You know I owe an apology to EA. They are the ones that pushed BioWare into making Dragon Age multi-platform and put it on the PS3. You think this is BioWare's way of getting EA back?

I'm actually surprised there are still people getting angry about this dumb little DLC. Okay so we got shafted who cares it's an hour. Do you really need the hour dlc? As long as they continue with the Dragon Age games on the PS3 then I'm happy. I mean really most of you are just taking it too too far. Reason why? Well when the DLC comes out more than half of you that said "I hate you bioware", "I'm not going to be buying their games anymore", etc. will be saying "Great game bioware!" and "Keep up the good work" the minute it comes out for the PS3. If it comes out for the ps3 then I'll consider buying it, if it doesn't...well then I guess I won't buy it. I enjoyed the game without that one hour DLC so it's not like it would make a huge difference.

It's not as so much the fact that PS3 platform users don't have the download to play, as it is the fact that they feel they are being discriminated against.  Yes, big word, used in other contexts more commonly, but fitting here.  Many have felt pressured to purchase the game in PC simply to have the full experience of the game, when Bioware promised the game across all platforms.  Bioware is not fulfilling what the users feel is customer satisfaction by delivering a complete package either.  If they can truely point the finger at Sony for the delay, how come there has been no more communication on the matter from the Bioware people?  Do they not communicate at all with Sony?  Too many questions and mistrust forming here.

Personally for me im not upset about RTO really, its more just the silence and lack of ps3 forum representation. that said bioware is still the number 1 developer out there for me. also hearing that dlc dont transfer makes RTO less appealing to me, specially for say 15 dollars. Bioware all i want from yall is to continoue your awesome work, just pay more respect to your PS3 customers, excluding them and leaving us in dark is not good customer service. also and this is a BIG worry for me dont let EA make yall start to nickel and dime us with dlc content games are expensive to buy now, $65 a pop, they will get their cash flow with SWTOR but for console games leave dlc to a minimum, if dlc is available at launch all i do as a gamer is get mad and wonder why it wasnt in main game in first place.

Well, if Awakening releases before RTO, I will not buy the DLC. PS3 support is very lacking and games like Dragon Age or Mass Effect, DLC is important. I cannot further customize or level my characters because im at a point where my main file is incapable of doing anything but the end of the game. RTO is an important part of the story, and PS3 users can't see it at all.

No sony has already done there part they are waiting on Bioware to send it to them. So I dont know why Bioware hasnt realeased, my guess would be that they arent even working on it. If they were to have been working on it they would be done by now it dosnt take that long to fix a problem in a hour add-on. THEY JUST DONT CARE. lol its funny cuz it shows just how incompetent Bioware is. U would think they would have mastered there abiltiy to make games since this isnt there first game. Bioware by Far the worst game manufactures how pathetic.Image IPB

Mmm, might as well skip this whole Dragon Age 'thing' and just continue playing Mirror's Edge... plenty of maps left to get in the top 100 with. Shame though that there's such a big lack of communication.

If you have the PS3 version you cannot buy RtO since it wasn't released , if you have PC version prior to download RtO you must upgrade your game with the patches from dragonage official site, if you have xbox version you really should have the possibility to download RtO in game.

Seriously, people! Put down Dragon Age until Awakening and rent or buy Heavy Rain. Friggin' awesome once you get past the first hour or so. Such a great story with lots of decisions that really change things. Just like a movie. RTO is 40 minutes and many of the cut scenes are from the Ostagar portion of the game, meaning: you've already seen them. Only the opening and the back and forth between a few of your companions matters. Trust me, it's so not epic to wrap thing up at Ostagar. Big waste, but I suppose if you're a die-hard, then there's no convincing you.

Customer satisfaction deals with something that you already own.  PS3 owners don't own RTO yet because it's not out yet so we can't demand anything.  Do they have to tell us what's going on?  No, not really considering the fact that we do not own RTO.  And we're not being discriminated against because that's how the console wars are.  There are plenty of DLC's that are exclusive for the PS3 even though it comes out for both xbox 360 and PS3.  So if RtO ends up being Microsoft exclusive all it means is Microsoft paid big bucks to keep it from the PS3.  Does it suck, of course it does but we sometimes get DLC's that were initially for both but we ended up paying more to keep it exclusive.  If Bioware does that to improve Dragon Age then you know what go right ahead.  I'd rather they keep improving Dragon Age and keep it on all platforms then have crappy sequels just so the DLC can be for everyone.

^ I'm with you, guy. I'm not buying anymore $5 or more DLC's that don't even offer 30 minutes or an hour per dollar. It's just not that important to me. I did Warden's Keep because I was early in the game, liked the idea of a party chest and was totally engrosed in the experience. Now that I haven't played in over 3 weeks, I realize how addicted I was. It's one of my top 10 games, but I'm not gonna get nickled and dimed just to fuel an addiction. The main game is good enough. And, I'm sure Awakening will be good enough without whatever 30 minute long DLC they try to peddle for it.

has there been any update? I cannot believe bioware is risking so much goodwill with ps3 owners, they won't even give a simple update...
