in the games  menu  under Dragon Age Origins click on the game patches link

It should appear under Downloadable Content, Available Content in the game.  You don't get a code, you just buy it on that screen and it downloads.

For the ones not finding it, leave the window open for a while. It took 7 minutes for me to show. The servers must be overloaded

Yup, not showing up on mine either, and if I leave the window open for that long (7 minutes) then it signs me out.
