I got my own Kira back! Neatly imported from ME1.
Only thing is, she still has many scars left. Is there any way I can see a Doctor to go fix her? She's all 'unprettified' now!

Two ways.
Spend 50k in minerals to get the med bay upgrade.
or
If your going paragon just play the game they will heal over time with paragon choices.
