Should I replay the last mission?

In the last mission, Garrus and Jack died. Not sure why Jack died at all, but don't really care for her. But I didn't like losing Garrus.

I know it'd be like cheating but maybe I should replay it anyway. I have a back up of my original save, but a ME3 with no Garrus will be sad.

So what do you guys think? Should I replay it or not? The game allows you to restart it after you complete it at any point.

Well you kind of answered this yourself, right? Your asking us if you want to save the person you like. It seems like you do so, um, yes go back and save him.

Well, depending on where Garrus died, it might not do anything if you use the mission restart save (it won't let you repick the first set of people). Where did he die?

How is it 'cheating' when you simply want to replay a stage and get different results?

You make no sense . . .

Well, it tells you that your actions will have consequences in ME3, so maybe he feels like it's cheating to try to get everything perfect rather than just living with his mistakes.

We don't know about Shepard's team in ME3 yet, but I would definiately miss Garrus after everything they have been through together.

Yeah, but . . . there isn't a law against playing this game more than once, is there? I don't get why people seem to freak out over their choices when they could just play it again and make different decisions. It's really not that big of a deal.

Serogon is right. I tried playing the path like it would happen in real life, which is how it's meant to be played.

He died at the end of the part where you have a biotic helping you with the force field. He was taken away by a seeker swarm because he was fighting off the Collectors.

I'd really miss Garrus. I guess he deserves to be brought back. It feels wrong, but... eh. It's just a game. So yeah.

Well, there's a pretty significant difference between replaying the whole game and just replaying the final mission.

This is totally awesome. I replayed it once, and then realized I should have done another different outcome, so I replayed and it worked perfectly. I put Jack as the one that SHOULD get carried away by bugs but for some reason she didn't, which made me rather happy, but she was the one dead on the floor again for some reason in the end. Either way, it's the next best outcome after the everyone survives one. I don't care much about Jack.

I played it three times to get the results I wanted and I don't feel like I cheated. I knew from the get-go that I wanted "perfection" with this game. I wanted Shepard and every squad member to get out of there alive.

Theres an utterly huge amount of possibilities. You can go ahead and not get their loyalty or upgrades and go to the suicide mission. You can go and do their loyalty mission but mess it up (like betray Tali for example) and see how that works. That's 2 playthroughs already.

I'll try to make a save before each so I can play them twice though, I'm curious about both ways.
