soo, i screwed up zaeeds loyalty mission and jack is at normal, does that mean i wont be able to save everyone?

Everyone I've seen who had Jack and Zaeed at normal have had them die, so they'll probably die.

I had loyalty for everyone, but it could just mean you won't get the achievement, unlock his power bar, or get his second outfit.

Perhaps you can keep them alive if you have them both in your own team during the whole suicide mission. But I can't say for sure because everyone was loyal in my team.
