Okay, if you have not gotten far enough to activate your install due to issues with trymedia install downloads, here is the work around.
    Down load and install the EA Downlaod manager.
    Sign into the Download manager using your EA account info.
   Go to the activation tab, input your ME2 Key, and download the files through EA.

 This fixed all my issues with Trymedia.

 If you would still like to contact trymedia they can be reached at:  415-255-3131.
   There customer services is as usless on the phone as they are via email.  the only advice they give to thier issues is: Re-download and try to re-install.
