So I went to Illium yesterday to do Miranda's loyalty quest and I had to insert disk 2. I realize that disk 2 most likely has all the planets and side quests, but not the story line that you've already completed (thus why would it). But lets say I've got some side quests on the Citadel that I didn't do before the disk swap. Can I still do them after the disk swap?
Also, when is the Hammerhead supposed to come out? I'm REALLY looking forward to it.

The disks only have the general game format on them. When you save your game, all the specific information you did on both disks is stored on your hard drive. Based on what you already did, the disks configure when your load.

I heard that Disc 1 is getting the first 4 squadmates and the endgame(going through the Omega-4 relay), while Disc 2 is the middle. I think both discs have all the sidequests.
No idea about the Hammerhead tho.
