I can't post in the spoiler forum, presumably because Bioware thinks I haven't registered my copy of the game.

I entered the registration code two days ago, downloaded some content, and have been playing since.

So I'm curious what I need to do.

I'm in the same situation. It turns out my game is NOT registered and I have no clue where to find the registration key for the XBox 360 version (it's not the EA Online code on the back, nor is it the two keys we get for DLC). I'd love to know for sure where this is. I'm going to try the UPC code on the back of the box when I get home.

I have the PC version. The code was on the back of the game manual.

If it has a UPC code on the back of the box, then that's probably what you need to use. Games generally have either a CD key ('product key') or a UPC code ('UPC'). A UPC code should be on the back of the box, while a product key can be in any of various locations.

Yeah, Bioware confirmed it's the UPC code for both 360 and PS3 users, so I'll cross my fingers and hope it works tonight.
