Squad Skills Question

What's everyones opinion on the talents the squad members have. I think they didn't really fit in some cases, like I thought Thane should have had Tactical Cloak, and Jacob should have had his powers from ME Galaxy. And only four talents per member was not enough, maybe they should have had one more. Would five talents per squad member be enough? thoughts?

I think that five is enough. It's usually three usable skills and one passive right? So that means that you have your own abilities and six other ones to use in battle (albeit some are defensive).

Here is what I think the Squad members should have regarding thier skill set. Warning Long read ahead, also I may create new Skills, with one additional skill.
Legend: (B) = Biotic Skill. (S) = Solider Skill. (T) Tech Skill. (U) Unique Skill.

Jacob - I see him being a Solider-Sentinel combo. His skills should also be based on ME Galaxy.
(B) Stasis
(T) Overload
(S) Incinderary Ammo
(S) Carnage - Remember the first game, would give someone else a skill close to Shepards heavy weapons.
(U) Operative

Miranda - I see her as a more Tech heavy Sentinel.
(T/B/U) Amplified Throw - Combines the effect of Overload and Throw.
(B)        Pull
(T)        Combat Drone - Miranda should of had it, I think it would have fit her nicely.
(B/U)    Slam
(U)        Officer

Grunt - Should of been more like Wrex in some ways.
(S) Carnage
(B) Throw
(S) Incinderary Ammo
(S) Cryo Ammo
(U) Immunity - Combine Fortification and Berserker into one Unique skill.

Mordin - Keep everything but add one.
(T) Incinderate
(T) Cryo Blast
(T) Combat Drone
(U) Scientist
(U) Neural Shock

Jack - Supposed to be one powerful Biotic.
(B) Warp
(B) Pull
(B) Shockwave
(B) Singularity
(U) Project Zero - Combine the effects of Subject Zero and Warp Ammo.

Samara/Morinth - Keep everthing the same just add one.
(B) Pull
(B) Throw
(S) Cryo Ammo/(B) Stasis
(U) Justicar/Yakkshi
(U) Reave/Dominate

Garrus - Keep the smae set add one
(S) Concussive Shot
(T) Overload
(S) Marksman - Increase weapon Damge and Headshot Damage
(U) Turian Rebel
(U) Armor Piercing Ammo

Thane - Needed some Changes
(B) Warp
(T) Tactical Cloak  - Thane should of had this Skill, It matches him perfectly.
(S) Marksman
(U) Assassin
(U) Shredder Ammo

Tali - Perfect, just needed one more ability.
(T) AI Hacking
(T) Combat Drone
(S) Carnage
(U) Machinist
(U) Energy Drain

Legion - Again Good, but need some changes
(T)     AI Hacking
(T)     Tactical Cloak
(T)     Overload
(T/U) Geth Barrier - Those Barriers the Geth threw up in the first game
(U)     Geth Boost

I think these would of improve the Characters a bit more. Thoughts/Suggestions?

I really dont like how talents are now i dont even use my squads very often unless a pretorian, or that new biotic husk spawns except for Mordin and Jack i find there the best skill set out of the new set up. Really to much of it is passive and combat needs to be more tactical in ME2 and it isn't because of the cut back in actuall skills.
