Er, how do you know this? There is nothing to indicate that Samara is stronger than Shepard.
Just because shepard was chosen to be brought back alive by cerberus doesnt mean hes stronger than everyone else.
Shepard was brought back for many reasons. One was his strength, but also his leadership abilities. When we keep in mind that Shepard almost always has a squad with him, it seems unlikely that Samara would be able to fight him alone.
Samara takes out a squad of eclipse elites without trouble.
And so can Shepard, You do that quite often throughout the game if your teammates fall in combat.
Even Grunt could have killed shepard if he wanted to.
Of course he could have. He's a Krogan attacking an unarmed man.
What would shepard do? Shoot him with the puny gun in the gut? Grunt would break shepards spine and laugh at the gunwound.
Your point? Grunt being able to kill Shepard doesn't even prove anything since it's Grunt, not Samara.
So your theory of shepard being the superman of the galaxy is wrong im afraid.
Well with all of the upgrades you have acquired by the end of the game you pretty much are superman. But that doesn't matter anyways. Shepard has a whole squad with him. You mentioned how strong Grunt is. Keep in mind that Shepard is Grunt's battlemaster. You really think Samara is strong enough to take them both on? Not to mention everyone else she would have to fight.
And killing people for no reason does not equall killing them randomly so no that not what an ardat-yakshi does. She chooses her targets carefully.
And what does this prove again? This doesn't mean that she is any less likely to kill Shepard. And considering that she is addicted to killing, I can easily imagine her breaking down and randomly killing someone to satisfy her addiction.
