So I was checking off my N7 missions against a list, and noticed one I haven't done in the Hades Nexus.  Here's the problem: I don't have the Hades Nexus on my galaxy map.  This is a mission I'm supposed to pick up from scanning a planet (Gei Hinnom) but I can't find get to it.

Is anyone else having this problem, and if not, can someone tell me where on the map the Hades Nexus is dupposed to be?  (Like, between this nebula and that abyss.)

There is a store on Illium called Baria Frontiers, which sells star maps, including one for the Hades Nexus.
