So there two stores in Tutanka. I got discount for the first one after playing the mini-game with shooting at monkeys. But the second storekeeper in the med lab wont offer me a discount for some reason. He had a paragon option but it didn't lead to a discount. I talked to him before I did the quest for Grunt. Did I mess it up or something?

I talked to him with grunt in my party after the shaman gives you your parting gift, which he says is from that merchant. He mentioned a discount in that instance (didn't actually check for a difference in prices though)

Yes, I saw that too, but I dont think the price changed.
