Has anyone else experienced this?

I can play just fine for one or two days, then after that I go to play as usual and, from the launcher, click on Play.

Next what happens is it opens a very small windowed version of it and just hangs.  Like if you were to shape and application so that you could only see the title bar, and nothing else inside of it - just the minimize and close buttons on the top right.  If I try to close it after this I get a "program not responding" and it never starts up.

When I reinstall the game it'll work fine again for another day or two.  Anyone else have this problem and / or find a fix other than having to constantly reinstall it?  This makes no sense to me.

One thing that's curious is that I have to restart the computer before it will let me use my CD drive to reinstall it.  Like it's still trying to access the DVD.  It almost leads me to believe it's a DRM issue.
