Okay, could someone please tell me why the point checkout will not verify my card? The information I put in is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that Bioware is extremely busy but if I can't access the points to download the expansions, how can get them. Someone please answer. I apologize if I seem rude but RTO just showed and I can't get the points.
