I have a question. I just got off the Collectors ship and I still have to recruit three more squadmates and do the loyalty quests for Miranda, Jack, Grunt, Mordin and those three I haven't recruited yet. Did I just shoot myself in the foot for keeping as many alive as possible or can I just not do the IFF mission and finish up with the squadmates. I have a save just before I talked to TIM about the Collector ship so if I have to I could go back.
IFF Question(spoilers, maybe?)

I don't know what the requirements are. In one playthrough, I got the collector ship mission when I still had 2 more squadmates left to recruit. The second playthrough, I've recruited everyone, and still don't have it.

Just don't do the IFF mission until you're absolutely ready. Once you do that mission, a "timer" starts and the longer you take the more crewmembers will die.

Thank you. I wasn't really looking forward to redoing the Collector ship.
