I am doing the Recruit The Justicar mission and am at the part where I fight the captain of the Eclipse Sisters, well I see no way of getting past it, why you might ask?  It's quite simple, one of the Sister Initiate NPCs gets stuck behind one of the unopenable side doors and there is no way for me to kill her but if I stand against the wall and look, every now and again the target hud will catch her pacing back and forth.  She is the last NPC alive and I have retried the battle many times but keep getting stuck with this last one.

Also I was surprised to notice there are TONS of "wall" glitches.  I will just randomly be running around and accidentally hit a wall and my character will either be teleported up a few feet in the air and get stuck, or he will run up the wall, and I will be stuck above the ceiling.  This has also happened to me when standing next to an NPC on the Normandy it will randomly teleport me on top of their head, or standing near a fragile crate that was blown up, I will be teleported on top of where the crate would sit if it were there.

I'm now stuck and don't feel like loading a much earlier save or starting over <_<
