Scalable text-fonts and an alternative view for health/stamina/mana-bars.
Agreed!
Absolutely, positively agree on the scaleable fonts. This is huge!

Option to have the mouse-on-edge-of-screen behavior rotate around the character (like NWN2), instead of the current 'pan' operation.

? That's in the game (at least on the PS3) go to the options menu in the start menuBigW wrote...
- auto-pause features (at the end of every character's turn, at the end of every combat round, whenever a character is close to death, when a character no longer has a target, etc.)
- on consoles, when the left trigger is set to toggle, making the radial menu stay up until you un-toggle it

Leaving the party management system on "follow" causes the party to bunch up too tightly. It can be tough trying to figure out who is engaging who. Placing the party into "hold" status requires a hell-of-a-lot of micro management, because party members often forget what they were doing and will just stand there, waiting for instructions. This happens to me a lot after my warriors have knocked opponents down with a shield bash.

Different party formations would definitely be a benefit.

auto-pause after each round, auto-run, ability to select party members with keys..
and...
ABILITY TO TARGET MOBS WITH A KEY like "target nearest enemy"
Party members are bound to the F1-F4 keys. Each one corrisponds to the order on the left side.
I would like something like KotOR whereby you can tab through enemies when paused. Shift+scroll or Shift+TAB would be nice.

- Tactic order so that characters automatically try to get into a backstab position. I micromanage a lot but that would be nice. As it is now, I have to always control the rogues, all the time...
- Combat logs. Sometimes I have no idea what just happened
- A "disable all tactics" hotkey, like H for "stop moving" order. Some fights I don't mind if my guys follow my presets but some fights I just NEED total control and going through every single tactic sheet to turn it off is really. Shouldn't be hard to implement, can prolly mod it as well.
You guys complaining about textures are on PS3 or XBOX right? I mean, on PC the game looks insanely good!

I would like my followers given the ability to walk. I like to walk everywhere I go and only run when I have to. It's annoying to have my followers always running to catch up to me then stopping, running then stopping...etc. They should walk when I walk and run when I run.
This ^^
and a display toggle for the helmets, they are... strange

There are no rounds like in the DnD games. Attacks are governed by weapon speeds and possibly some other factors. Which is why there isn't an auto-pause feature for it.
There don't really have to be 'rounds'; just give me an option that lets me set it so that whenever any of my characters completes an action, including a standard attack, it both pauses and automatically switches to that character so that I can choose each of his actions individually, and I'll be completely happy.
- Some way of adding more hotbar slots than fit on the screen once horizontally. Pages, extra bars, whatever.
- Ability to keybind more than 10 hotbar slots.
- Key to select next party member in sequence.
- Key to bring up Codex directly.
- Combat log / notice history (particularly some way to tell exactly what item is acquired when you get the 'item acquired' message)
- More control over difficulty - mainly to separate friendly fire from the rest of the difficulty modes. If I suck at games but like realism, let me play on easy with full FF. If I just don't think FF is fun but don't want to just cruise through on autopilot, let me disable FF on normal/hard. At least let PC users optionally access the console setups (Normal without FF / Hard with 50% FF, IIRC?)
- More control over graphics options?
- Let me hold a button to go into 'free camera rotate mode' in chase-cam view. Currently, with right click, the camera doesn't start rotating until you actually drag the cursor, and it's sometimes rather annoyingly delayed between when you start dragging and when the game realizes 'hey, he's trying to move the camera'. I'd prefer this to remain on the right click button but adding it as another button would be fine.
- Let me disable the switch between chase-cam and overhead view using the mouse wheel, and give me a keybind to switch instead.
- Disable helmet
- Time-based fading on character blood splatters, so if you slaughter people and immediately start dialogue you're gory but if you've been wandering around out of combat for a while you've managed to have time to wipe yourself off
