- Fix the dagger Dex bug
- Make camera turning possible with the middle mouse button instead of the right mouse button
- Implement the possibility to change the angle of the "top down view" to be able to see more ahead without going to the "over the shoulder view"
Minor updates you would like added in a future patch

I'd like a way to set one of your weapon sets as default, so that the characters switch back to it after every fight. Also, it would be nice if the mage companions you pick up in the first 8-10 hours actually could cast heal.
Honestly, to this point (I'm only 8-10 hours in) those are my only two real complaints, other than that the game is perhaps a bit too easy (though admittedly, I'm only playing on hard.)

a threat meter would be nice, better textures, and the ability to queue up multiple actions for characters.

To be able to zoom out further in the tactical view, and move further away from my party. It all seems a little too close - I want to be able to see a bit further (just now, I had an auto-pause because enemies were spotted, and I could see them on the minimap, but they weren't visible anywhere in tactical view).

A button to cycle targets and one to quickly target the closest enemy... that should do it for me

1. Make books sparkle. I've missed so many. :/
2. Allow changing of chars via the fuunciton keys when [C]haracter or [I]nventory windows are open.
3. Queuing of tasks
4. Tab mob targetting
5. Allow to respec - with a heavy cost.

+1 for autorun, it's the one thing that's most annoying for me. I have, let's say, to run through a forest and I have to hold down either "W"/"Arrow UP" or both mouse buttons. I prefer to press a button and press it again to turn off autorun.
and maybe a tactic option to tell the AI to try to avoid friendly fire
(morrigan always freezes my whole party because she stands in the wrong angle
)

Is there a way to lock the quickbar?
I like to use spells and abilities without pausing to issue the commands, but when I do, half the time I end up pausing the game anyway, because, oops, I accidently dragged the ability/spell off the quickbar instead. I would love a way to lock and unlock the action bar so I don't have to worry about accidently dragging things off the bar that I don't want to move.

-Cloaks! A girl can dream, they were added with a patch in NWN1, DA can be the same and help me with my cloak fetish.
-A walk key. The autorun kind of breaks immersion for me at least. Maybe I just haven't found the key (PC version), but I'd like to be able to have my character walk around instead of running.
-Animal companions if they aren't already in it. I am unsure if they'd include them because of the Mubari, but as a ranger I do miss having my usual wolf companion Raoul.

A more zoomed out 3D isometric view on the PC version would be a good start, I don't want to have to play in WoW mode all the time. Party formations would be good too, it's so frustrating being not able to quickly form up your party just before a battle.

THIS. If anyone knows a current way to get around this somehow, I really want to hear. A "attempt to flank" tactic was the first thing I looked for, and there isn't one that I saw, and I can't believe it at all. It's especially irritating on a console.

Remove the buy/sell - drag, drop, confirm system on PC and use a system similar to BGII with highlight items you want to sell, then sell in bulk.

Why is respecing a bad thing? I'd love to be able to try out all the specs of each class instead of having a plethora of characters.
Also, I like the idea of party formations as many have already stated.

I see that several people are asking for better textures. Whats wrong with them? I have no graphical errors at all and things look good. However I am considering creating a team to mod this game and textures is something I am fairly good at modding. So whats with the textures. Also this is strictly for the PC version.

Can PS3/Xbox versions get updates too?
Yes, they just don't roll out as fast as PC updates since they have to go through quality control prior to being released on Live / PSN. Most developers try to bundle several patches into one for the consoles, whereas PCs get them one at a time as they are made.
(i'm a 360 player myself)
Ontopic - What I'd like to see
Make the Player Character acknowledgements toggleable (maybe on - off - only completion ackowledgements).
I hate that the character that is supposed to be "Me" in the game is constantly speaking to me as though I'm his commander giving him orders. When I decide I want a cup of coffee, I don't say "I'm on it" or "heading out to grab coffee" to myself, then "okay I got the coffee now" when I've poured a cup
- I just get up, walk over to the pot & get the damn coffee.
I'd really like to see wardens keep turned into a camp. So while you're there you can do all the comp functions as well as talk to the NPCs that are there & use the chest. I understand the concept that the "camp" is set up outside where ever you are in the world(like it's right outside the town you are visiting or whatever), but once the keep is yours I don't see why you would set up camp outside while you are there - it makes no sence.
