So when it's hidden and there is an area transition, the GUI (HUD) returns. It should not.
So when it's hidden and there is a conversation, the GUI (HUD) returns. It should not.
So when it's hidden and you open up Journal or Character, the GUI (HUD) returns. It should not.

-When you mouse-over the talents and spells I want it to say how much damage it will do etc ( pre hit, per tick, total) it doesn't matter, just some indication, because some spells do more damage....but tis is not indicated by your 'spellpower' which is just one number and doesn't indicate the different strengths of the skills
-bow strings would be nice

I tend to swap in and out a few npc's for my group makeup, instead of having to drag the greater health poultice onto my hotbar 6 times I could do it just once.

1/ when my warrior runs up to engage an enemy in melee, bashing or stunning it
2/ if that enemy is focused on something else behind me (archer or mage companion, for example)
3/ the enemy will somehow manage to get past me, unharmed
4/ because my warrior will just watch the enemy running by, without actually hitting it
This is bad, bad QA

e.g. Alistair wears the blood dragon armor and the buff disappears from him and just by removing and re-equipping any set piece it reappears and you get the bonus normally. Happens only to the companions afaik.

More Quicktravel options - if I've finished the main Brecilian Forest quest, when I go back to do a sidequest I would like to be able to quickly leave, rather than waste five minutes running to a world map transition.

1 : Better description on spells/talents/gear sets/tooltip. Like the amount of healing/dmg of spells in numbers, and % increased etc through talents. And not just "by a small amount" "is increased" i want numbers.
2 : Target character portrait, to be able see remaining time left on debuff/spells on target. (For spell Combo) or some sort of timers.
3 : Combat log

1. A better quest tracking system. "Quest completed" just doesn't cut it. Half the time I have no idea what quest I just completed. The quests have names. I should see the name pop up when I complete it. Also if I have collected x/x corpse galls, then tell me that. This game tells you nothing. "Quest updated". That's great, thank you! ???
2. A better inventory system. This ties into #1. What's with the lack of info given to the player? "You received an item". Um...what item? Let me look in my inventory to see what this NPC just gave me. Was it armor? A weapon? A ring? Who knows? Tell me what I received on the main screen.
3. Tabbed mob targetting. Tabbed mob targetting. Tabbed mob targetting.
4. An unlock spell.
5. Scrap the codex system and add something easier to navigate. A tabbed adventurer's journal perhaps.
6. Combat log.
7. More variety in items. (Different weapon models; cloaks.)
8. Autorun.
9. A toggle for helmets.
10. Higher res textures.
Bug fixes
1. Dagger/DEX
2. Ally AI (The combat tactics system in general is broken)
3. Pathfinding (running in place from getting stuck on a chest or other obstacle)
4. Graphical glitches (clipping)
5. The extremely long save game load times in the Fade (Sloth)
6. The frost effect not going away if you're casting before a cutscene
7. Opening a door and dying instantly from the multiple Holy Smites (difficulty spikes)
8. Make warriors not suck
9. Characters disengaging from combat
10. Allow time to loot corpses before a cutscene

Couldn't agree more on the camp chest idea.

Come on you cannot make an armor made of dragon bone/leather/scale looks like a normal armor with different color.

- runes on armor
- changing weather (i'd love to see fire being extinguish twice as fast because of heavy rain)
- night and day cycle (it's always sunny over Denerim !)
- more viewing options : isometric is awful in Denerim because of buildings - the game is in 3D so at least let have this option
- more plants and herbs outside... there's definitely not enough of these to justify investing in potion crafting
- respawning ! the Deep Roads should be overly crowded by Darkspawns... back and forth, there should be Darkspawn everywhere and back again, HEY! this is their hub! (I believe there's only one place where it spawns, on the bridge at the rate of one Darkspawn every 1 minute or so... )
- I noticed that the world map is becoming darker as quests goes... I suppose this is to illustrate the advances of the darkspan armies, well respawning should occur there too !
- MUCH more trees in Bracilian forest, looks like Central Park as it is right now, NOT some sort of mystic/magic forest...
- nastier Dragons, they're big and dumb now
- remove some game designer abuse where my team is automatically placed before a battle : i KNOW this guy wants me some bad, do NOT put all my staff 3 feets in front of him each damn time !!!
- Denerim should have more than ONE merchant, in my opinion
- health poultices should respawn every so many hours or days in stores, I can't believe the whole empire runs out of these because I bought 15 of them here and there!
- an open lock spell tree for mages... I'm about to finish the game and I haven't seen a SINGLE chest content! I can't believe that not a single of them contained something important quest-wise! At the very least a very strong character should have a chance of blowing it away... given enough strength and the right weapon
- finally, more people on the street : I've complained about that in SO many games... the cities are empty, dead, boring : I want crowded cities, like 60 NPCs in a single viewpoint alone, even if there just "filling" the space with not much to say that "hello/good bye"
My 2 cents...

2: Teeth! Everybody have grey teeth with light grey highlights. Teeth aren't white-grey; they are white-yellow - like bone. Even the sweetest girl or child looks like their teeth is about to fall out any minute. Zombie teeth. Looks awful. Teeth is also set to far back in the mouth (minor problem).
3: I think the story is great, and the models is good, apart for the silly looking weapons of course. Read your Tolkien. Even fantasy worlds most have an inner consistency of reality. The armor is decent - really too thick. But the swords looks like they were made out of styrofoam. Steel weapons are sleek, light and strong. The silly swords are the only really bad thing about Dragon Age.
