Legion's loyalty mission is what triggers endgame, I said. So yes, you can gain its loyalty beforehand. 

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's what sets it all off. 'Cause the IFF is the reason for the Collector attack in the first place.

Looked on Wiki. Says that it involves a shuttle. Any info on if I have to get on it?

The shuttle is part of the endgame already. It doesn't trigger it.

Then is there any way to do Legion's loyalty mission or do any missions with Legion in my party and still save my crew?
