Got this from another forum, but very useful info.
For those of you who want to know and havent already discovered, if you
take a mass relay to the system "Nariph" and then go to the right and
fly to "Satent" there are several planets with a crazy amount of mineral deposits, you can get about 15,000 element zero and more than a hundred thousand of the other minerals combined.
Go check it out
Tons of mineral deposits!!!

Micah of the Valhallan Threshhold has 3 rich, 2 moderate as well
