I found it funnier that Shepard couldn't say anything about his song, he just stood there with his usual dialogue choices. I took it like Shep was speechless

Its after Mordin is Loyal to you and you talk to him some more. He says he studied music and you ask him about it more and he bursts into song, cavorting about the science lab.
