I am trying to get Shale out of his Nightmare in the Fade. There is a statue one the right side of the path. It looks like I should be able to walk right past ... there is plenty of room. But I can't, not even in mouse form. Is this a glitch?

It is a known problem. My understanding (I dunno, I didn't have this on PS3) is that there is a way to "finesse" your way past. I couldn't tell you how, though.

If you're on pc, use the W key, not the mouse. You can just walk there, easy peasy.
