I was able
to import my previous ME1 save but some of the data is incorrect, for instance
the decision to save all the 6 Sirta scientists during the Paragon quest is
incorrect (I was able to save them all, but the game treats it like I have
failed), there are other examples like the Asari Consort.

I am just
wondering if anyone has also had these problems and if so is there a solution
for them?

as i recall, even the first game would always say you failed that mission, so its probly not an issue

I see, so there is no way to correct this issue?
