Try registering your game first, i see it is not currently linked to your profile. I did things in this order and everything went smoothly for me:
1. Register ME2 to my account.
2. Redeem Cerberus code.
3. D/L and install DLC packs.
See if that works for you.

When you are in the main menu if ME2 there should be 2 screens open, the computer on the right hand side lets you know if you are connected to Cerberus ok. Go load the game up and see what it says, if you are successfully logged in it will have a few messages you can scroll through telling you what DLC you have available.

You may have a problem that will need assistance from EA customer service.
Just to confirm you have not actually downloaded any DLC at all yet, all you did was enter the Cerberus code?

I'm writing to you because your reply makes me think downloading first was my mistake? If you can help, thanks.
Any suggestions? I put in the armor codes first then the Cerberus code items popped up in my items list on the social network and I downloaded them... and I had not put in the Cerberus code. (Yes, I was curious if it would even download w/o entering the code first plus thought maybe there was a code link of some sort). I opened ME2 and a message came up saying
"Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log into Cerberus Network with the account used to purchase the DLC.
Zaeed
Blood Dragon Armor
Collectors' Armor
Inferno Armor
Normandy Crash Site"
I closed ME2 and I redeemed the Cerberus code and still get that message. I installed all the armor with post-code redemption downloads on the off chance it might help. Nope. I also get a message saying that I need to be online to log-in to Cerberus from within ME2, however, I am already online.
Another situation similar to mine: http://social.biowar...--828438-1.html

Yes my social site account and game account are same. Yes i have downloaded DLC, the normandy crash and Zaeed DLC's as well as all the pre order items. However when i click on games/mass effect 2/official DLC on this webpage i get taken to this page. Heres a link to a picture for illustration.

Ahh don't worry, if i click the link from games up the top of the page i also get that link, and i have everything installed and working and i'm 16+ hours into the game now.
I'm pretty sure your Cerberus code was taken successfully. This is probably a stupid question, but you actually ran the DLC .exe files after you downloaded them right? If you have installed them, and Cerberus network is connecting for you in the ME2 menu screen, then i think all is well.
If you have already started the game, you should be able to check that all your DLC has installed correctly, just go to an armor/weapons locker and you will see your promo items, and if you go to the Galaxy map on the Normandy, you will see the two DLC missions indicated on their appropriate systems/planets.

Hmm that is strange, you are double sure that you are logging into the Cerberus network in the game using the exact same login/password that you use here on the social site?
**EDIT** Also just a thought but you might want to check windows firewall allowed programs list (or your 3rd party firewall settings if you have one). I have two listings for Mass Effect 2 and one listing for Mass Effect Launcher, all are allowed on my private network. Might not solve your problem, but definitely worth checking seeing as you are getting a message telling you to go online.

Yes after the DLC finished downloading i ran and installed each DLC. I havent yet ran the game to confirm wheteher or not DLC is actually in the game. Im thinking my game is normal and everything as it loads just fine and all DLC installed without any problems. Im more worried about this webpage taking me to the Mass Effect 2 downloadable content page that prompts me to buy the cerberus network eben tho i've already input my code.

With you on this one. I'm just concerned about any new DLC that I may not have access to. I can get to my registered game promotions and all, but not to that 'Official DLC' page.
Exactly. It seems thats the problem im facing. It doesnt seem like any of the DLC I already have is any issue but i cant access any new content as download page im taken to prompts me to buy cerberus network, which i should already have access too. This is quite frustrating I would like to find out sooner rather than later if i have access to cerberus or not. Ridiculous Bioware. Ridiculous.

I saw something elsewhere about the firewall issue, so I set up an exception for ME2 Launcher. I also used dial-up instead of wireless and now the Cerberus connection works automatically. I don't know why the wireless didn't work.
My thought was that it's NOT necessary to be online to play, just to activate the Cerberus Network. I interpreted posts by Bioware to mean that I only have to be online once for initial Cerberus pieces "activation" ; however, if I'm not connected to the internet at game launch each time, I get the error message "The selected save game cannot be loaded. The following downloading content is missing: Normandy Crash Site, Zaeed" and am unable to load any saves post-Cerberus activation (once new content became part of missions).
At this point, I connect online before starting ME2 and stay online during each play. If this is procedure and not a work-around, it's frustrating because I just want to play without all the extra set-up.
