The character was very well done, and having Trinity do the voice was a nice touch, but something about the character just rubbed me the wrong way... and not in the good sense. The whole 'way to full of myself' angle was probably it but I just can't put my finger on it. I don't hate her and I don't love her... It's a well done character that you get very little chance to interact with on a meaningful level... maybe that annoyed me about her too, one of the few people on omega with an actual personality... and you only get a few conversation options...

I agree with the person who suggested maybe she's the asari with whom Wrex had that running battle! Great idea!

Didn't she screw her way into power? I thought I remembered hearing she did that during the Patriarch mission.

Not exactly.
Her followers who are also asari seduced the patriarch's men so basically they were no longer loyal to him once a fight between the Patriarch and Aria broke out.

Let's hope the Mass Effect faithful (who import from ME1 and ME2), get to see Wrex and Aria go at it again!

Yeah.  I really liked Aria.  Normally I'm not one who is constantly whining about wanting every last NPC that has 2 lines in a 40 hour game to be friggin' recruitable in the next game, but I really would love to have Aria and Wrex on the ship next time :D.  Or at least bring Wrex with you to see her again.

In fact I had really been hoping that doing all her quests and warning her about people trying to screw her over (Ish, etc) would get you....something, I don't know.  Any kind of recognition.  She barely says thankyou.  Understandable with her character, but I hope that if you prove yourself to her in ME2 she ends up helping you out in ME3 somehow.  Pulls some strings for something you need.  OR comes with you :D:D:D.

Also I couldn't decide if she's supposed to be matron or matriarch aged?  Anybody know? Doesn't seem as old as Benezia or Samara

I'll get into her pants then drop her back off at Omega like a common dancer.

So who else thinks that Aria is one of the coolest characters in ME2? :bandit:

She was great, my favourite non-squaddie NPC, for sure. She was cold, but she has a very interesting character and background. I really want her as a squad mate in ME3 and potentially a romance just because I'd love to break her tough shell and really get to know her. At the same time though, I really want her to re-unite with Wrex.

I made a support group for Aria as a squad mate if anybody is interested.

I thought it would go nicely alongside the Aria/Wrex reunion group. ;)

I've always liked her character. I think Carrie Ann Moss did a great job with the VA.

I kept waiting for her to invite me to a backroom but it never happen, let's just say I took matters into my own 'hand.'

Was thinking the same. One of the better looking asaris apart form the strippers

I like Trinity (sorry can't think of her real name) but I can't stand Aria.

From her ridiculous laugh when you ask if she leads/runs/whatever omega and she says she "is omega"...to the "queen..if you're feeling dramatic" bs.....finally ending with the "don't **** with Aria" and her reply "And that would matter on your ship."

my paragon may not do anything but my renegade would have shot her between the eyes for how she talked to him before her goons could fire...and I've taken down THOUSANDS of Geth...Krogan...you NAME IT....her **** ass guards stand no chance....and it was EXTREMELY lame how your character bows down to her like a little **** whipped pre-teen schoolboy.

pssshhh..the only thing kinda interesting about her is how it leans that she's Aleena? (was it? the asari wrex talks about fighting in ME1...and then she's only interesting because of HIM)

Count me in as another fan of Aria. The entire set-up of Afterlife fit her well and I loved those brief moments when you got to ask her questions about Archangel and Mordin while reclining on a chair. It's a shame that she has nothing else to say and no quests to offer once you finish those two recruitment missions. Afterlife becomes more like an afterthought because of this.

I didn't realize that she is a Matriarch. That made me think about that she is probably more powerful then we think,
