On my first playthrough, I got the opportunity to go to the collector ship before I even had Thane and Samara. I was missing two squad mates and only Jacob was loyal.

But now on my second playthrough, I've got all squad mates (except Legion, obviously), I've upgraded the ship fully, I've made most squadmates loyal... the mission just isn't triggering.

What exactly are the requirements to get this mission? I'm trying to see how little I can do to get through the suicide mission, and it's just not working. I've basically screwed myself anyways now that so many characters are loyal.

It seems like everything in this game is random.

Try doing some N7 missions i guess. Time might trigger it.

better yet, go to the Breifing room, see if you can contact TIM by yourself.

Nope. Just completed 3 N7 missions and a bunch of random assignments on Omega. Still not working.

Try going to the breifing/comm room see what happens, talk to kelly also. if not, you might be screwed..

Talked to kelly and went to the briefing room, nothing.



I find it odd that it was available so early last playthrough, but now on this one it's taking forever. Is it time related? Because I only have about 10 hours on this one, and I had close to 20 on my first one when I got the collector ship.

If you have at least 8 squadmates then keep doing N7s, that's all I got.

And i'm just assuming you're actually still playing on disc 2

Having the same issue here. Just recruited all squadmates except Legion and at 22 hours play time, and the collector ship mission isn't triggering. It triggered every time after I got the 8th squad mate the last 3 playtroughs so I'm not sure what's going on.
None of them are loyal yet though, might do some of their loyal missions first and see what happens.
