I want to get Legion, obviously, but he has no dossier or anything. If I have to do the IFF mission to get him, then I won't be able to do his loyalty mission and save Kelly Chambers right?
If he is not on the IFF mission, then where can I find him?

I did Legion's loyalty mission before the crew got abducted. That way, I could go straight to the Omega 4 relay.

So Legion is on the derelict Reaper then? I thought the crew gets abducted immediately after the IFF mission?

no they don't they get abducting after you do legion's loyalty mission

Some Bioware guy posted that getting Legion is the trigger that allows the abduction to occur. Based on various accounts, it can trigger off enough other missions if you don't do the Loyalty mission right away, but the Loyalty mission is what triggered it for me.
On the other hand, I think that was the last one I had left short of going through Omega 4 and undiscovered Anomalies.
