She says "I'll see you next time things are quiet" , what does this mean?
I want Miranda to be my LI this playthrough but I am a little confused by this statement.

When you use the Omega 4 Relay, thats when any LI will get it on with you. Assuming its not Jack. But yea, she'll tell you something once you go to the Omega 4.
