The first time I started playing the game,  Morrigan's mother insisted Morrigan join the party...but due to a problem, I erased my previous saves and restarted a brand new game...this time, when in the Wilds, there was no mention of Morrigan joining our party. 
Any ideas on how to bring about her joining? 
The only thing that I noticed was that I was one level higher after escaping from Howe's men.
