Ive sent emails and never gotten replies from the support page....I need help.
I had an account that I was NEVER aware of linked to my gamertag that i never remember linking.
I
made a new account unware of the old one and assumed i would be asked
to link a gamertag after i put in the promo code. now I have an account
not connect to my gamertag with the promo code and an account with my
gamertag linked but no promo code.
I have also been trying to
use hte live chat option in the support page but every 30 min, it just
says cancled!!!!! I DEMAND AN ADMIN RESPONSE!
EA READ THIS I AM A SEVERLY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
