9 hours into this game. at the collector ship mission where you board it.

Started the mission by talking to the illusive man.

As soon as the mission started I had nothing.
None of my weapons. Not my inferno armor. None of my many and time consumed resources....NOT EVEN MY IMPORTED CHARACTER. Have no save close to this one...For the love of god tell me you can help me

Spent an hour waiting for an online chat with someone from EA only to see that it was canceled!

I don't have an answer to your problem, but i just played like hrs worth and i get bac on and it says that i don't have any saved games. the only option is to start a new one.. i was lvl 25 on this character.. i was ALMOST done with the game.. this is major bull****

Ya... I just got back to where i was...some really crappy bugs in this game right now...Sucks even more for you..damn

The same thing just happened, but it also corrupted EVERYTHING on my memory card...which included my only copy of my ME1 character.



i do however have a "Mass Effect Importer" save file that shows my ME1 character data, can that be used to start a new game in ME2 somehow?

I got no idea...I play on the 360..is that the PC?

Nope, when you successfully import a ME1 character, a "Mass Effect Importer" file is stored on your 360's hard drive...

same thing happend to me i was talking to thane and it zoomed in on a close up of his head and wouldnt get out of it so i went back to the main menu and now all my saved game info is gone
